When I was called for this wedding in Sofraga Palacio, I was instantly delighted. With such exceptional surroundings as The Cathedral of the Savior, Sofraga Palacio, the Basilica of San Vicente or the Walls of Avila itself, Paula and Imanol‘s wedding was guessed as an unique event from the very first conversation I had with them.
The day was a journey through time. We witnessed the declaration of these two lovebirds, whose feelings, so fresh and jovial, perfectly contrasted with the ancestrality of the place.
After passing through Diana Sanz Salon Beauty, for her preparations, Paula chose one of the suites of the Hotel Palacio de los Velada. It had privileged views to the Cathedral. Such UNESCO World Heritage monuments all together have impressed us a lot!
For this wedding in Sofraga Palacio, the designer of the bride dress was the exceptional Leyre Valiente.
From his side, Imanol enjoyed the moments before the wedding in the family home together with the beloved, in a nearby mountain village. There and then the memories of several generations made everyone excited and radiantly smiling.
The ceremony and celebration took place in Sofraga Palacio, a 16th-century manor house next to The Walls. We enjoyed an unforgettable day full of history, dating hundreds of years since El Romanico to the present day. Now, this place also impregnates their story, the lovestory of Paula and Imanol. My congratulations, dear couple!
